Micro emulsion for high-temperature welding
The E-WELD 2 welding separating agent prevents weld spatter from adhering to surfaces. It is suited for all welding applications that cause undesirable weld spatter.
Profitable robot welding requires interruption-free work. By using bio-chem ROB the welding nozzle is protected from weld splatter by a thin protective film, even with high ampere values and at high temperatures.
E-WELD Nozzle is a high-performance anti-spatter spray that provides ceramic protection and is thermally stable up to 1000 °C/1832 °F. It protects nozzles, tips and clamping devices during MIG/MAG welding.
